During his high school years, Dan Hoffman discovered a passion for drafting and architectural design world.  His passion and natural abilities allowed him to start his own business in providing custom residential home plans for a local builder during his collage years.  Dan spent 25 years working in the architectural field and eventually becoming a project manager.  His experience include working on projects with the clients from conceptual design to construction documents.  Dan's portfolio of projects include, high end residential, commercial, retail, educational, senior living, healthcare, manufacturing, automotive dealerships, and churches.  A few of the notable projects that Dan has assisted with are Apple BMW (York), Apple Subaru (York), Bethlehem United Methodist Church (Dallastown), Gerstell Academy (Finksburg, MD), and GSH Sechler Family Cancer Center (Lebanon).

His background and understanding in the architectural industry, provides a great wealth of knowledge in building design and is a natural fit with the home inspection industry.  His passion now is providing peace of mind for home buyers in documenting comprehensive and accurate reports, identifying any major issues, maintenance issues and safety concerns.
