Dean Osborn has been involved in many different aspects of the residential & commercial construction industry for over 35 years. This experience has provided him with a thorough understanding of home construction, mechanical systems, site water management, home environmental issues and water quality concerns.

Dean's background includes being a partner in an environmental consulting firm, owning & managing a residential/commercial construction company, and working for a structural engineering firm in Atlanta, Georgia providing design & inspection services.

 

Dean formed TEK Inspection Services in 2014 after moving back to Lancaster County. Since that time, he has completed hundreds of inspections  in Lancaster, Lebanon & York Counties.

• Bachelors Degree from Lancaster Bible College

• Masters Degree from Millersville University, Millersville, Pa.

• Was partner in a local Environmental Consulting Firm addressing Asbestos inspections and removal specifications for many of the local school districts. Other hazards addressed included Radon, Underground Storage Tanks, Soil Contamination, and Phase 1 & 2 Assesments

• Formed and managed Timberline Construction Company in Atlanta Georgia for Residential and Commercial Construction.

• Worked for a Structural Engineering Firm in Atlanta, Georgia, providing structural inspections and consultations in a 5 county area. (International Construction Code Certified)

• Formed TEK Inspection Services in 2014 when I returned to the Lancaster Area to continue providing inspection services, now to the Lancaster market.
